An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time (37.5 hours per week) motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our friendly team as an Administrator for the Patient Contact Centre.

The work base is at the Highfield Clinical Care Centre, Cliftonville Road in Northampton. We manage the referrals and booking of appointments for MSK and ESP Physiotherapy, Diabetic and High Risk Podiatry and Occupational Hand Therapy services across the county.

You must have excellent computer skills, good organisational and communication skills, have the ability to work effectively and proactively as part of a team and under your own initiative and cope well under pressure.

The service is open Monday – Thursday 08.00 – 18.00 and 08.00 – 17.00 Friday and you will be expected to work on a flexible rotational basis.
