Pathology Trials Scientist

Applications are sought from experienced and enthusiastic Biomedical Scientists with specialist experience in a pathology related discipline.

The key responsibilities for this post are:-

  • Providing costings for Clinical Trials applications
  • Providing scientific and technical advice and support to clinical trials teams
  • Arranging and conducting Laboratory tours for trial sponsors and teams
  • Developing SOP’s to cover all aspects of the trials process
  • Organising laboratory support for trials where required e.g. separating and storage of blood samples
  • Liaising with Clinical trials teams and senior laboratory staff to ensure the laboratory delivers a first class R&D service. The successful applicant will be part of a small team and will need to work closely and flexibly with other team members.
