If so, then look no further, as our developing Quality Systems and Information Team are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and flexible Information Officer to join our busy team at Trust HQ in Southampton. We are looking to appoint a proactive and dynamic individual with the confidence to engage with others across all levels of the organisation and wider health economy.

You will be required to collate, validate, analyse and present data in a user-friendly way to support the wider Quality and Professional Standards team in monitoring and improving both patient and staff safety by putting the right information in front of the right people at the right time. The ability to manage deadlines and work both as part of a team and independently is essential.

The successful candidate will also have advanced IT skills including:

  • MS Access and Excel
  • Experience of data retrieval
  • Analysis and report writing
