An exciting opportunity has arisen for a hardworking, flexible, friendly individual to join our team to provide a comprehensive administrative support service to the Health and Wellbeing Collaborative Programme.

You must have excellent communication and people skills and ideally have experience of working alongside volunteers. An extensive background in office and administration work is essential and in addition, you will need to have good IT and computer skills.

We are able to offer flexible working within the framework and needs of the team.  

Essential criteria for the role are:

  • Level 3 or equivalent qualification in computer applications
  • Level 3 literacy and numeracy
  • Minimum of 6 months administration/reception experience
  • Competent in Microsoft packages including Word, Outlook & Excel
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both face to face and over the phone
