The RRCV Clinical Management Group comprises Nephrology and Tranplant, Respiratory, Cardiac, Vascular and Thoracic Surgery and Cardiology. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and lead local and tertiary services with Cardiac and Vascular Surgery.

We are looking for an ambitious and proactive individual to lead and manage the Cardiac and Vascular Surgery based at Glenfield Hospital. Working alongside the CMG Head of Operations. The post holder will be responsible for planning, supporting and facilitating the delivery of operational performance and national targets including quality, finance and performance. Working closely with colleagues you will also support our challenging transformational agenda. We expect that you will be a high achiever, motivated, flexible and enjoy working at both operational and strategic levels. You will have a proven track record that will enable you to understand the complex and demanding business needs of the CMG. It is essential that you have:
