Administrator - Organ Donor Register (ODR)

NHS Blood and Transplant are delighted to offer an opportunity to join the NHS Organ Donor Register (ODR) team, as an Administrator. This role supports members of the public wishing to donate their organs and tissue, as well as supporting the clinical transplant community through the donation process. Your work will help to save and improve the lives of others.

The ODR Administrator will primarily be responsible for validating information, investigating data issues, and ensuring data accuracy. You will play a key part in ensuring that the ODR department delivers an excellent service to both the public and users of the system. For the right person the position provides an exciting opportunity for further development within NHS Blood and Transplant.

The post holder will be required to liaise with external organisations and the public, collating information and formulating a written response, therefore some previous customer service experience and/or awareness of complaints handling is essential.

The role also requires extensive use of Excel to record data and long periods of time entering and validating data.

Please note, we have two, one year fixed term vacancies available, one of which being a full time post (37.5 hours per week) and a part time post
