Senior Facilities Administrator

You will be responsible for administering the effective and efficient delivery of a comprehensive Estates and Facilities service, including provision of local site services and coordination of a range of external suppliers and contractors. This will involve the effective leadership and supervision of Facilities Administrators.

In the absence of the Estates and Facilities Manager and Deputy Estates and Facilities Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for resolving issues escalated by internal and external contacts such staff, donors, members of the public, contractors and suppliers.

The post will involve ensuring that the wide range of service lines are reviewed on a weekly basis, staff are trained and aware of these services so as to ensure Estates and Facilities provide a first class service for staff, donors and contractors.

This position will initially be based in Sheffield, however, in 2020 we will be moving to our new purpose built site in Barnsley which is just off Junction 37 of the M1 and you will be expected to relocate at this time.
