As an administration employee it will be your responsibility to ensure that your behavior and values reflect those of UHL and the Alliance.

You will need to provide effective medical audio typing and administrative support, be highly motivated, dynamic and enthusiastic. You will need to be able to work on your own initiative, go the extra mile and support co-workers where possible. You will need to ensure the smooth delivery of daily tasks.

You will be passionate about our business, creating a culture of continuous improvement, where patient welfare is at the heart of all you do.

You will need to be a self-motivated, enthusiastic team member to work across our expanding Outpatient Department. Being a team player, you will have a working knowledge of medical terminology and audio typing experience. Experience within a similar role would be desirable. You will be an effective communicator with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.

At present hours are worked over a 5-6 day working week. Normal working hours for the dept are between 8am and 5pm, however flexibility will be required to work between the hours of 7.30 am to 9pm

The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, have audio and word processing skills to RSA II or equivalent standard.
