If you are looking for a new challenge or a career mover, Spectrum Community Health CIC are currently seeking an enthusiastic, flexible, knowledgeable and pro-active Pharmacist to join our friendly team at HMP Lancaster Farms

The ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, an understanding of the complex needs of the offenders and have the ability to operate confidently within an MDT.

You should be motivated, flexible, adaptable and able to work well in an environment of change and transition.

You must be enthusiastic, innovative and a dynamic person who is focused on delivering high quality patient-centred care.

The role will be to provide pharmacy healthcare services to some of the most vulnerable people in our society from diverse backgrounds who present a full range of general health concerns.

You will need to hold the required qualifications essential for the role and have professional registration with the GPhC.

An understanding of Microsoft Office applications and the ability to be well organised are essential.

Due to the nature of the environment specific security criteria will need to be met.

On top of your basic salary, you will receive at least 27 days' holiday each year rising to 33 days after 10 years’ service (excluding bank holidays). You will also automatically become a member of the NHS pension scheme and will receive an excellent package of pension benefits which are one of the most generous and comprehensive in the UK.

The post holder will be expected to undertake safeguarding training (Children and Adults) appropriate to their role and adhere to policies and procedures relevant to the area they work in.
