An opportunity has arisen to join our busy team in supporting the effective delivery of Cancer performance.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills who can work flexibly and independently.

You will work closely with the Deputy Head of Performance, existing General Managers and Service Managers to achieve performance and quality targets for cancer. You will have involvement in optimising patient pathways making use available system capacity within LLR.

As a highly motivated manager with proven experience, you will need to display strong leadership qualities and have a proven track record of delivering high performance across the areas you have managed.

Your primary base will be the Leicester General Hospital and you will be expected to work across all three acute hospital sites and travel to other NHS sites.
