We are looking for motivated and passionate nurses to join our Community Health teams in Portsmouth and Southampton cities This is an exciting time and in recognition of the important role Community Nurses play in supporting patients to remain at home, investment has been made in a number of new nursing posts. We welcome applications from newly qualified and third year students who want start their career and develop their expertise with us.

You will work alongside a number of specialist community services including Palliative Care, Proactive Nursing Services, Bladder and Bowel, Respiratory, Diabetes as well maintaining established pivotal relationships with our primary care colleagues.

We know that the development of our staff is essential to the delivery of high quality, safe and effective care and ensure that all our newly qualified health professionals are offered a comprehensive 12 month Preceptorship programme. You will be supported by an outstanding team of Practice Educators who will support and assist you in the transition from student to practitioner.

We have lots of exciting opportunities to offer candidates that want a friendly and supportive environment to grow and build their career as a Registered Nurse.

Tier 2 Certificate of Sponsorship
