Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust have exciting opportunities avaliable for Band 6 Care Co-ordinator posts within the Community CAMHS Specialist Intervention Team.

Northamptonshire Healthcare Foundation Trust is an OUTSTANDING CQC provider, Community CAMHS provides specialist mental health services for children across the county, and offers a range of therapeutic interventions in a clearly defined pathway model for children, young people and families who present with complex mental health conditions that require a more specialist approach.

We are now looking for a care co-ordinator roles, to follow young peoples journeys through the CAMHS Service.

The post-holders will be based across the county, with a base in either Northampton or Kettering. You will be required to travel to various other destinations across the county.
