We are looking for skilled IT Helpdesk Operators to support our Electronic Rostering System at UHL. 12000 staff are now using the system and we are working towards going live with electronic pay and supporting the move to a paperless hospital.

 

You will be the first point of contact for our service so excellent customer service skills, with the ability to patiently problem solve are a must.

 

Attention to detail and the ability to follow complex processes to ensure data accuracy in the system is also critical to this role.

 

Ideally you will have system knowledge of Allocates HealthRoster software and a strong understanding of Excel with the ability to work with formulas and pivot tables.
