We deliver secure, user-focused digital platforms that enable collaboration and communication across health and social care. Main duties of the job

Management of the managed service provider regarding Service Reviews. Delivery and the management and resolution of incidents and problem records.

Leading on the Release Management of products and Services from the managed service provider.

Leading and challenging service delivery with Microsoft and Accenture.

Accountability for the delivery of Continuous service improvement plans to drive improvements to internal and Live service provision.

Present and chair weekly, monthly programme board meetings - presenting reports to a range of stakeholders and to deputise for the Service Lead.

Colleagues with a contractual office base are expected to spend, on average, at least 40% of their time working in-person.

  • Extensive knowledge of evolving and emerging technologies used to deliver IT and Digital Services and ability to adapt management practices to those emerging technologies.

Skills - Supplier Management

  • Manages suppliers to meet key performance indicators and agreed targets.
  • Ensures potential disputes or conflicts are raised at an early stage, with clear escalation paths for resolving them.

Skills - Service Level Management

  • Ensures that service delivery meets agreed service levels. Creates and maintains a catalogue of available services. In consultation with the customer negotiates service level requirements and agrees service levels.
  • Diagnoses service delivery problems and initiates actions to maintain or improve levels of service. Establishes and maintains operational methods, procedures and facilities in assigned area of responsibility and reviews them regularly for effectiveness and efficiency.

Qualifications
