Job summary
We are seeking an exceptional finance leader to join NWSSP as Head of Finance Business Partnering. This is a strategic leadership role at the heart of our mission to deliver outstanding service delivery and operational excellence.
You will lead a team of finance professionals, partnering with service leaders to drive financial performance, enable transformation, and ensure resources are aligned to priorities within our Integrated Medium Term Plan (IMTP).
Main duties of the job
o Lead and develop the Finance Business Partnering function across NWSSP
o Provide strategic financial insight to support service delivery and transformation programmes
o Collaborate with divisional directors and service leads to influence decision-making
o Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
o Ensure robust financial governance and compliance with NHS policies
o Champion value for money and continuous improvement across services
