Job summary

Main duties of the job

  • Provide effective and visible clinical leadership to our clinically based cardiographers and remote based analysis teams.
  • Provide coaching and develop staff to reach their full potential, promoting self-development.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders, such as acute Trusts, clinical commissioning groups and primary care networks
  • Ensure full compliance with the Xyla quality and governance frameworks and work with theCQC registered manager and Head of Screening Services to ensure services meet the inspection criteria.

    • 3 years experience working as a Band 7 Cardiac Physiologist
    • Experience leading and managing clinical teams
    • Professional registration with the AHCS or HCPC
