Job summary
We are looking for a dedicated, professional and compassionate Practice Nurse to join our friendly community GP practice team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated nurse to play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centred care to our local population. You will work closely with our GPs, healthcare assistants, and administrative staff to deliver a wide range of nursing services, including long-term condition management, health promotion, immunisations, and wound care.
The ideal candidate will have current NMC registration, be qualified in phlebotomy and injections, and have experience working within primary care and as part of a nursing team. You should also be comfortable working independently and providing care for vulnerable patients in a community setting.
