We are seeking a skilled Practice Manager to oversee the operations of our 7 doctor, 11200 patient practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background medical & financial management plus good HR skills.
Responsibilities: Supervise daily operations and staff to ensure efficient practice functioning; Manage financial aspects including budgeting, billing and financial reporting; Coordinate HR functions such as hiring, training and performance evaluations; Implement strategies to enhance practice productivity and patient satisfaction; Over see compliance with regulatory standards and health protocols
Experience: Previous experience in a management role within a GP medical is essential; Proficiency in financial management and budgeting practices; Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively; Knowledge of medical practice operations and regulations; Excellent organisational and communication skill.
Salary Range:Between £42000 and £50000 depending on past experience.

About us
We are a 7 doctor, 11200 patient GP practice located on the west coast of Anglesey. The main surgery is in Holyhead and there is a dispensing branch surgery in Bodedern. The salary range is between £42000 and £50000 depending on past experience.
