Job summary
East Lynne Medical Centre is looking to recruit an advanced clinical practitioner, advanced nurse practitioner or paramedic to join our multidisciplinary team. This is an exciting opportunity to help us transform and modernise pathways of care, supporting the safe and effective sharing of skills across traditional professional boundaries.
The role is part time, covering three full days per week: Monday, Tuesday and Friday, 8:00am to 6:30pm, with the opportunity for overtime as required.
The successful candidate may come from a range of professional backgrounds. As an experienced healthcare professional, they will have developed the skills, knowledge and confidence to work within an expanded role and scope of practice, providing high-quality care for patients. The successful candidate will also be expected to prescribe within their agreed scope of practice, where appropriately qualified.

Qualifications, skills and experience required:
- Professional registration with relevant professional body: NMC, HCPC or GPhC
- Post-graduate qualification in specific speciality, or equivalent experience
- Post-registration experience at a senior level (Band 7 or above) in specialty area
- Evidence of on-going CPD
- Clinical assessment skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to perform in stressful and complex situations
- Sound clinical reasoning & decision making
- Flexibility
- Independent prescribing qualification
