Patient Administrator- Endoscopy Unit (Bicester)
Full-Time | 37.5 hours per week | 4 days (8:00 AM 6:00 PM)
Weekend work may be required on a fair and flexible rota basis across the team.

Main duties of the job
What you'll do
- Welcome patients and provide a professional, friendly first point of contact
- Handle calls and face-to-face enquiries promptly and effectively
- Book appointments accurately, prioritizing clinical needs
- Track and distribute imaging data and reports to referrers
- Support month-end admin processes for the management team
- Process invoices and payments quickly and accurately

- Experience in a customer or patient-focused environment
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and IT systems
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-skilled team
