Job summary
This is a great opportunity for a caring Administrator to join the friendly community at Aria Healthcare, a 62-bedded Nursing & Dementia Care Home in Alloa, Scotland. The role involves supporting the team with all general administrative duties, and the successful candidate will need to have strong business administration experience, be organised, an excellent team player, and have great attention to detail.
Main duties of the job
The Administrator will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, such as managing correspondence, maintaining records, processing invoices, and providing support to the wider team. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively and prioritise effectively.
