Role- Clinical Lead Nurse
Location- Richmond Head Office & Client Homes
Employment - Full-time, Permanent
Salary- £45,000 per annum
Main duties of the job
As our Clinical Lead Nurse, you'll provide professional nursing leadership and clinical expertise across our homeware services, supporting individuals with spinal cord injuries and complex needs to live independently at home.
You'll lead on clinical training, supervision and quality assurance- ensuring that all care delivery meets CQC, NMC, NICE, and Skills for Care standards.
Working closely with our Director of Nursing & Clinical Governance, and other members of the Clinical team, you'll guide and mentor Care Managers and Care teams, validate clinical procedures, and ensure the highest standards of safety and compassion.
This role involves regular travel to conduct supervisions and clinical training in client's homes, ensuring best practice is maintained across the field.
You'll also participate in our on-call rota, which means being available to accept calls during evenings and weekends for one week (Wednesday to Wednesday) approximately every seven weeks, for which time off in lieu is offered.

- Mentor and support Care Managers, Supervisors, and Registered Nurses
- Participate in the on-call rota as part of the wider Clinical Team
