Main duties of the job
As a Wellbeing and Activities Assistant, you'll primarily support the Wellbeing Coordinator, providing a range of activities to enhance residents' physical, cognitive, and social well-being. Duties include maintaining a safe environment, reporting changes in residents' conditions, preparing supplies, and establishing community links. To succeed, embody our values: caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable. Essential skills include effective communication, understanding the role of interaction in well-being, a positive attitude towards older people, and experience in a residential nursing Dementia setting.
