Main duties of the job
Were now looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our award-winning team as a Care Assistant at Cliveden Manor Care Home in Buckinghamshire. Your focus as Care Assistant will be to deliver high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents. Responsibilities include assisting residents in all personal hygiene care ensuring independence, dignity, and respect, recognizing clinical risk areas in residents and escalating any identified risks, and practicing safe systems of work. Our ideal candidate should communicate effectively, demonstrate initiative, and be flexible in covering responsibilities at short notice. Experience is not required as we provide a thorough induction and training program to ensure confidence within your role.
