Main duties of the job

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Assistant - Nights at Rosebery Manor Care Home in Epsom. The role involves delivering high standards of personal care and supporting the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents. Key responsibilities include assisting residents with personal hygiene care, recognizing clinical risks, acting courteously towards residents and their visitors, and practicing safe systems of work. No experience is necessary as we offer a comprehensive induction and training program. We value caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable attitudes.

  • Recognising and understanding clinical risk areas in residents such as weight loss, pressure sores, risk of falls, sign of infections and escalate any identified risks in a timely manner.
  • Acting courteously towards residents and their visitors, respecting the dignity and individuality of each resident.
  • Practicing safe systems of work across the range of task.
