Job summary
This is a Senior Care Assistant role at Avery Healthcare, a leading provider of luxury elderly care homes in the UK. Main duties of the job
As a Senior Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare, your focus will be on supporting the Care team to deliver exceptional personal care to residents. This will involve monitoring the wellbeing of each resident, being aware of any changes that impact their care, and ensuring that new needs are met. You will also be involved in the person-centred care planning process, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating care plans. Additionally, you will support residents with their medication requirements, undertake staff supervisions, and act as a key point of contact for residents, their relatives, and healthcare professionals.
