Essential

• Applicants must hold a full UK driving licence and be prepared to work alternate weekends. While no previous experience in care is required, candidates must be willing to undergo comprehensive training provided by Agincare. Non-UK national applicants must have a right to work in the UK, with at least 12 months remaining on their visa, as sponsorship is not currently offered by the company. The training will support career growth all the way to QCF Level 5, emphasizing the company's commitment to professional development and equipping their team members with the essential skills to succeed in their roles.
