Management qualification at QCF level 4 or equivalent or a willingness to work towards this qualification. Previous registration in a residential service preferable. Demonstrable up to date knowledge of the care sector including the running of a care home and regulatory framework. Excellent leadership and management skills. Experience of working with vulnerable client groups. Must be available to work 40 hours per week.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include leading the team to provide a safe, caring, and responsive service, ensuring delivery of the highest possible care standards, and making sure you achieve your operational and quality assurance KPIs.
