Main duties of the job
This role is exclusively for female applicants, in accordance with the Equality Act 2010, due to the nature of providing personal care to women. As a Home Care Assistant, you will make a real difference by offering care and companionship. No prior experience is required, as free training will be provided. Your daily responsibilities include assisting with routines, personal care, and creating a joyous environment for clients. Flexible contracts are available, and perks include career progression opportunities, a referral scheme, and a salary up to £13.40 per hour. A passion for care and the right to work in the UK for at least 12 months is required. Alternating weekend availability is needed.
