Job summary

A fantastic opportunity to join our dedicated nurse-led team on the Eric and Marion Scott Oncology Day Unit. Our state-of-the-art oncology unit opened in 2019, and we provide 11 treatment chairs for systemic anti-cancer therapies and an on-suite for supportive treatments. The nursing team provide dedicated care for oncology and haemato-oncology patients who require systemic anticancer therapies (SACT) and support medicine.

Main duties of the job

We have strong clinical links and work under the guidance of Clatterbridge Cancer Centre. You will be supported to undertake the specialist cancer care course and complete the SACT passport. This is your opportunity to make a genuine difference and to join a compassionate, highly skilled team committed to excellence, collaboration, and patient-focused care. In return, we seek compassionate, organised and motivated Band 5 Nurse for our oncology patients who are undergoing treatment.
