Job summary

This post is Fixed term/Secondment for 3 months from commencement date to meet the needs of the service.

You are invited to apply for the position of Team Secretary for DECLO Services. The successful applicant will join a small team that will collaborate to ensure that BCUHB implements the health elements of the Additional Learning Needs and Education Tribunal (ALNET) Act (2018). The Act concerns children and young people aged 0 and 25 years.

The team works with services across BCUHB and in partnership with Local Authorities, Schools and Further Education Institutions in North Wales.

Main duties of the job

Your duties will include:

  • Providing administrative support to the DECLO and the Project Manager.
  • Providing administrative support for duties relating to the ALNET Act (2018) and ensuring these are processed and shared, as required.
  • Using Microsoft 365 including email, word, excel and TEAMS.
  • Although this is a full-time position, Part-time / Job Share options will be considered provided the needs of the service can be met. The role offers the potential for hybrid working.
