Job summary

An opportunity has arisen for a highly experienced Operational Manager to join our team to undertake the role of Operations Manager for Children's Services based in West.Extensive experience of managing complex operational delivery against National targets is essential. Significant budget management skills as well as excellent people and staff management are also critical, including the ability to build strong multi-disciplinary clinically led teams to drive improvements in patient care pathways.The post holder will also be responsible for undertaking analysis and collation of service delivery within the Service including capacity and demand, business case planning, workforce planning and BCUHB delivery reports.The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
