Job summary

The Future NHS Workforce Solution Transformation Programme is under way with leading the implementation of the Future NHS Workforce Solution - a new and enhanced workforce management solution for the NHS that will succeed the Electronic Staff Record (ESR).

We're interested in receiving applications from candidates in the South East region of the UK for an exciting opportunity to join the programme as an Implementation Advisor in the Readiness and Implementation South Team.

As a member of the Readiness and Implementation Team, you will play a key role in preparing organisations for the future solution and supporting their projects with the current ESR platform.

1. Implementation and Readiness Assist Implementation Managers in developing and delivering future workforce solution readiness and implementation frameworks and guidance. Provide hands on support and guidance to user organisations in preparing for the future NHS workforce solution. Analyse and translate data into actionable insights to support decision-making and readiness planning.

2. ESR optimisation Youll provide support and guidance to user organisations in their optimisation of the current NHS workforce system (ESR). Lead and support optimisation initiatives. Collaborate with user organisations to ensure robust ESR optimisation project plans are in place as part of wider readiness.

3. Stakeholder Engagement Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders.

4. Planning and Reporting Report on project progress, emerging risks and interdependencies.

5. Training and Capacity Building Promote a culture of accountability, innovation and continuous learning. Deliver targeted education and training to support ESR optimisation, future workforce solution implementation and promote a self-service culture, driving improved user experience.
