Are you looking for a permanent, part time Social Worker role in an organisationcommitted to giving Social Workersthe opportunity to progress while feeling safe in their practice?

Adult and Autism Team:21 hours a week based at Amundsen House in St Ives. There is a mix of office and home working in this role.

No two days are ever the same in the Adults and Autism Team, working with a wide range of individuals and situations. The work can be challenging and demanding but is ultimately rewarding, working to support individuals to develop their life chances. The team is supportive and knowledgeable, with people working together in a flexible way for the best outcomes for those we work with.

Transfer of Care Team:22.5 hours and 29.5 hoursworkingpredominantly fromCambridge University Hospital (Addenbrookes) with a small amount of homeworking where possible. This role has a 7% salary enhancement (pro rata)as you will work the occasional weekend day and bank holiday.

Whilst this can be a fast paced role, we are a highly supportive team offering excellent guidance and help from both colleagues and managers, alongside opportunities to develop your knowledge and skills.

Adult (18-65)Mental Health Huntingdon and Fenland Team: 22.5 hoursbasedat either Agenoria House inWisbech or at the Newtown Centre in Huntingdon.There is a mix of office and home working in this role.
