As our Partnerships and Bid Manager, you’ll take the lead on our NHS tendering and partnership activities, identifying opportunities, crafting compelling bids, and driving successful outcomes. As our Partnerships and Bid Manager, you’ll take the lead on our NHS tendering and partnership activities, identifying opportunities, crafting compelling bids, and driving successful outcomes. You’ll collaborate with senior stakeholders across the organisation to produce high-quality, competitive submissions that reflect our values and expertise.

Your work will play a vital role in shaping KT Healthcare’s continued growth and ensuring that more individuals can access the support they need.

 

About You

We’re looking for a confident, proactive professional who thrives on collaboration and the challenge of winning new business.

You’ll bring:

Proven experience leading successful tender submissions

Strong knowledge of public sector procurement, ideally within the NHS

Excellent project management and organisational skills

A solutions-focused, deadline-driven approach

The ability to identify and act swiftly on new opportunities

A genuine passion for improving healthcare services

Ideally you will have a strong understanding of Neurodevelopment, in particular Autism and ADHD assessment
