Care Fertility is seeking an experienced Satellite Nurse Manager to lead the nursing and clinical teams at our Bolton satellite clinic, providing IVF and fertility services in partnership with our main Manchester clinic.
This is an exciting opportunity to take a senior leadership role, shaping patient care, supporting staff development, and driving the growth and success of a satellite fertility service.
We welcome applications from registered nurses or midwives with experience in womens health, reproductive medicine, and assisted reproduction, who are confident in delivering basic IVF consultations, fertility scanning, and clinical supervision.
Main duties of the job
- Be one of the leaders within the Care Manchester team of nurses and clinical staff Ensure high standards of patient care, safety, and professional practice
- Act as the primary clinical and operational leader for the Bolton satellite, supporting alignment with the Manchester clinic
- Drive growth and revenue by increasing patient volume through supporting marketing efforts, low-cost IVF/NHS consultations, and helping build local referral networks Build and maintain strong relationships with local GPs, referrers, and community stakeholders
- Serve as a visible role model, exemplifying Care Fertilitys core values: Compassion, Collaboration, and Expertise

- Lead with impact: Supervise, support, and develop the satellite clinical team, fostering a positive and collaborative environment
- Clinical involvement: Provide hands-on care, including IVF consultations, monitoring, fertility scans, and patient support
- Training & development: Supervise and mentor junior nursing and clinical colleagues in fertility procedures
- Grow the clinic: Implement strategies to increase patient volume and revenue, including promoting low-cost IVF and NHS consultations, liaising with GPs, and representing Care Fertility at community or professional events
- Quality and compliance: Maintain regulatory standards, oversee clinical governance, manage risk, and drive continuous improvement
- Patient experience: Monitor feedback, ensure high-quality care delivery, and provide a welcoming and professional environment
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Manchester Clinic Director, Medical Director, and wider multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient pathways
