Job summary
As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Digital Team Lead to join our expanding service. This is a fully remote position working alongside an existing Digital Team Lead and reporting to the Team Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to combine clinical expertise with leadership, helping shape the delivery of high-quality autism and ADHD assessments for adults and children and young people across the UK.
This role is ideal for an clinician who is experienced in delivering ADHD and autism assessments and enjoys supporting others to thrive. You will play a key role in maintaining clinical quality, supporting service delivery, developing colleagues, and helping ensure families receive an outstanding experience throughout their assessment journey.
Main duties of the job
The Digital Team Lead will support the day-to-day operation of our remote team, ensuring the smooth delivery of autism and ADHD assessments for adults and children and young people across our right to choose and private pathways. Working closely with the Team Manager and another Digital Team Lead, you will provide leadership, guidance and operational support to a multidisciplinary clinical team.
You will support clinicians with complex cases, contribute to quality assurance processes, help identify training and development needs. The role also involves coordinating clinical resources, helping resolve operational challenges, supporting recruitment activities, and contributing to ongoing service improvement initiatives.
Alongside leadership responsibilities, you will continue to undertake diagnostic assessments where needed, ensuring the highest standards of clinical practice are maintained. This is a varied role that combines clinical work, team development, quality improvement and service leadership within a fast-growing neurodevelopmental assessment service.
