Main duties of the job
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Bank Speech & Language Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic paediatric therapy teams. As a Bank Paediatric Speech & Language Therapy Assistant, you will support children with various communication needs, helping them achieve their full potential in a supportive and collaborative environment. You will work under the direction of a qualified Speech and Language Therapist to deliver tailored therapy programs, both individual and group, and implement child-centred, evidence-based therapy plans. As part of our multidisciplinary paediatric team, you will assist in managing a diverse caseload and contribute to positive outcomes for children and their families. Key responsibilities include delivering therapy programmes, supporting parents, assessing childrens needs, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to training and service development. The role requires strong communication skills, a flexible approach, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
