We are looking for an enthusiastic Podiatrist to join our Podiatry Service in Derbyshire in a development post.

- The opportunity to provide a quality, good value service to a wide variety of patient types and develop working relationships with other services, trusts and our Podiatric Surgery team. This may include working with Multi-Disciplinary Teams in acute trust
- An annual appraisal and personal development plan. DCHS pledges to engage, involve and support staff to reach their full potential
- Supportive Mentorship and Preceptorship.
- CPD arranged by the Podiatry Service in addition to the essential learning required by the trust.
- To become part of our Team. To have involvement in team meetings and the opportunity to make valuable contributions to the team meetings, staff forums and via Staff Surveys and Pulse Checks.

Our purpose is to provide community health services to a patient population of over one million people in Derbyshire and Derby, as part of Joined Up Care Derbyshire.

The post holder will eventually also be expected to plan and manage their own caseload, which will include providing specialist care to patients with diabetes, rheumatological and biomechanics.
As part of the Podiatry Team and Wider Trust, contribute to the development and adhere to the Podiatry Department and Trust policies, strategies and objectives.
