Job summary

Are you a newly registered physiotherapist, or early in your career, passionate about rehabilitation and wonder what a role working in the community is like? As a Trust we support your development across the community rehab beds working with adults. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within our recovery hubs. Working as part of the MDT you will be supporting patient flow with a Home First approach. You will gain experience in delivering goal-centred rehabilitation within core areas such as Falls reduction and prevention work. The service functions over 7 days between 8am and 6pm. You will be aligned to a hub area, however there will be an expectation that you work across all 4 hubs if needed. Supported by senior therapists you will be responsible for your own caseload delivering holistic rehabilitation or delegating to others. We are committed to your development, and you will work with the wider multidisciplinary team receiving regular clinical supervision, CPD opportunities and peer support. You will develop leadership skills supporting others including students and have opportunities to make a positive difference to both your patients lives and contribute to service improvements across the Trust and wider partners. Main duties of the job

We have 2 vacancies, 1 will be based in the Northwest Recovery hub and the other is based at the East Leeds Recovery hub. The postholder is expected to work across all 4 recovery hubs located in Leeds, (South Leeds Recovery Hub, 2 Atha Cres, Beeston, Leeds LS11 7DB; East Leeds Recovery Hub, The Grn, Seacroft, Leeds LS14 6JL; Northwest Recovery Hub, 25 Silver Ln, Yeadon, Leeds LS19 7JN; and Wharfedale Recovery Hub, LS21 2LY).
