You will be expected to be the point of contact for the service for any challenges/concerns being raised regarding the trainee EMHP and to ensure regular communication with team managers and the service manager if escalation is needed. You will also be expected to ensure that the trainee EMHPs are supported in their clinical decision making. This will include identifying suitable allocations, further training needs, ensuring their supervision needs are met, offering enhanced supervision if challenges are identified and potentially offering specific case formulation/group supervision. We welcome individuals who have a drive to improve service delivery as there will be opportunities to shape the way the service works. SCPs are expected to hold a small caseload of CYP.
