We're seeking a dedicated senior nurse to join our dynamic team and contribute to our specialised Continence Service for people living in the London borough of Merton .

We work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver personalised treatment plans and support services to meet the unique needs of each patient.
Main duties of the job
- Lead and coordinate the delivery of nursing care within the Continence Service ensuring high standards of clinical practice and patient safety.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualised care plans, and provide evidence-based interventions for patients with bladder and bowel conditions.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and support staff, to optimise patient outcomes and continuity of care.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding bladder and bowel management techniques, lifestyle modifications, and self-care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, research projects, and professional development activities to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the Bladder and Bowel Service.
