Job summary

CLCH Hertfordshire Adult Community Services - CLCH NHS Trust provides a range of Community Services, and the Hertfordshire Division is recruiting!

The reception service provides a business critical service across CLCH estates in West Hertfordshire.

It is an exciting time to join this new team in West Hertfordshire and we are seeking enthusiastic and skilled colleagues to join us on this exciting new journey. Our transformation plans over the next 12 months will include developing and modernising CLCH estates across West Hertfordshire with a greater emphasis on new ways of working and implementing state of the art facilities. We are expanding the existing workforce by recruiting to the current service portfolio and to the new teams.

Main duties of the job

Would you like to be at the forefront of delivering an excellent service through transformation?Would you like to work with a Senior Management Team who will support and develop you?If you can answer yes to any of the above then we may just have the job for you!

We are looking for someone who is an experienced receptionist and is passionate about delivering high quality and efficient adult community services. The post holder will be part of the reception service across West Hertfordshire.

You will need to demonstrate effective leadership skills alongside excellent interpersonal skills.
