This is a fixed term post to provide cover for absence for specific purpose that we anticipate will be required for 6 months. We reserve the right to end this contract sooner with appropriate notice.
We are delighted to offer an exciting 6-month opportunity for a motivated and organised individual to join the CORE CAMHS team as Team Secretary/Administrator. This is a non-patient-facing role that provides essential administrative support to the service and wider team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the effective running of CORE CAMHS by coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, producing accurate minutes, maintaining action logs, and responding to general administrative queries. You will be located at a CAMHS base of your choice; KHC, Aconbury, RTH, Benet Building or SCL with flexibility and opportunity for hybrid working. Due to the number of hours, this role may be suitable to complete alongside your current role.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to broaden their administrative experience, develop new skills, and gain exposure to a busy and dynamic service. Full training and support will be provided, with opportunities for future progression.
Please note the Trust is unable to provide sponsorship to work for this role, to apply you must have current right to work in the UK status. Employment on a time limited visa doesn't guarantee sponsorship at point of expiry.
Main duties of the job
Prepare agendas and supporting documentation for a range of CORE CAMHS meetings.
Attend meetings, produce accurate minutes using AI, and distribute these in a timely manner.
Maintain and monitor action logs, ensuring actions are tracked and followed up appropriately.
Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is stored appropriately.
Support the smooth day-to-day running of the service through the delivery of high-quality administrative support.
Assist with archiving of staff files within CAMHS.
Assist with other general administrative duties as required.

Is self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Is keen to learn and develop within an administrative role.
