37.5 hours over 5 days per week
Due to the transformation of our
services, we now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, professional,
energetic and ambitious individual to join the Children young people and
families (CYPF) specialist teams.
We are looking for a highly motivated
and enthusiastic Administration Manager who enjoys a challenge to support the
management of the CYPF administration service.
You will need to have excellent communication and leadership skills, with
proven experience of managing a multidisciplinary administration team who
provide and support the community paediatricians, physio therapists,
occupational therapists, Umbrella service and child development centres. You will need experience of working with a
wide range of personalities and skillsets.
We

Main duties of the job
You will need to be able to demonstrate
on your application form a proven track record in the line management and the supervision
and development of admin staff, together with experience of managing and
supporting staff through change. There
is a requirement for strong team working and an understanding of maintaining
psychological safety in a team.
Significant experience and knowledge of implementing
and maintaining administrative processes is required. You will need to be a
strong team player as well as a self-starter.
You will need experience of the implementation
of innovative digital support, telecommunications solutions together with use
of AI to support clinic team development.
Experience of using process flow software to manage team performance is required.
