An exciting opportunity has arisen for a lead admin position within our countywide MSK physiotherapy team. Suitable for someone with prior experience as an administrator & with a proven track record of effectively leading a team. You would be fully supported by the MSK physiotherapy leadership team to embark on this new and evolving opportunity which will be pivotal to shaping the future of our services.
Hours of work - 37.5 Monday-Friday (flexible working opportunities considered). There will be an expectation to travel to different sites across the country on occasion (our main clinics being based in Evesham, Malvern, Droitwich and Bromsgrove). Your main base can be negotiated upon appointment to the post.
This is a fixed term post to provide cover for absence for specific purpose that we anticipate will be required for 8 months. We reserve the right to end this contract sooner with appropriate notice.
You must have read and understood the terms of the Trusts secondment policy and gained permission from your Line Manager to undertake the secondment before applying.
Please note the Trust is unable to provide sponsorship to work for this role, to apply you must have current right to work in the UK status. Employment on a time limited visa doesnt guarantee sponsorship at point of expiry.
Main duties of the job
You will be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of our services and ensuring clinics are booked appropriately.You will engage regularly with your admin colleagues and oversee the workload distribution across the countywide teams.You will also be expected to liaise regularly with the leadership team and support with new initiatives and projects.
