Job summary
Cromwell house is a 10 bedded 24-hour Rehabilitation unit part of the Mental
Health inpatient recovery services. We support patients with complex mental
health difficulties predominantly psychosis. The service has a Recovery ethos
and offers a holistic person-centred approach with a focus on promoting optimal
social recovery, instilling hope for the future whilst supporting patients in
developing coping strategies, empowering self-management of symptoms and an
ability for increased independence.
This is a full time post
Please note the Trust will not routinely
provide sponsorship to work for this role.
In addition to meet Home Office salary threshold you must have the
significant experience to be offered top of the pay band AND work a minimum of
35.5 hours per week.
