As a Recruitment Advisor, you'll manage your own caseload of candidates, guiding them through the NHS pre-employment checks process and ensuring they receive outstanding support every step of the way.

Main duties of the job
- Own the process - Act as an Account Manager for your recruitment caseload, driving activity from advert through to onboarding and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Be the face of the Trust - Build strong, positive relationships with internal teams and external partners to champion our services and showcase the Trust as an employer of choice.
- Keep it compliant - Carry out identity checks in line with national guidance and local policy, escalating issues promptly to maintain the highest standards.
- Shape the future - Work with managers to design creative and appealing recruitment campaigns that attract top talent and reflect our values.
- Engage and inspire - Play a key role in keeping candidates informed and motivated throughout the recruitment and onboarding journey, supporting retention from day one.
- Think ahead - Contribute to business continuity planning and understand your responsibilities in emergency situations.
- Stay organised - Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in all e-HR systems and ensure employee files are impeccable.
- Make an impact - Assist with data collation, support HR projects, and help deliver departmental KPIs.
- Champion compliance - Process Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks and manage revalidation with precision.
- Be our ambassador - Attend recruitment fairs, open days, and targeted events to promote the Trust and attract exceptional candidates.
