Admin Team Coordinator, Band 4, Permanent full-time (37.5 hours) based at Brooklands

The post holder will need to manage and co-ordinate the administrative staff functions in the provision of a comprehensive administration & data co-ordination support service, supporting the Senior Admin Lead. You will be acutely aware of maintaining confidentiality and you will be used to managing many competing priorities on a daily basis. We are looking for individuals with a positive approach to change who are supportive of service improvements.
About us
We are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic individual to line manage admin staff within Coventry Support Service.
Key responsibilities include developing processes to make them more efficient and streamlined. Working in partnership with service leads and admin staff to agree changes to systems and process therefore excellent communication skills are required. Working closely with other Admin Team Co-ordinators to share best practice and supporting the Senior Admin Lead and Support Service Leads. A high level of confidentiality will be required and you will be used to managing many competing priorities on a daily basis.
The role is pivotal in managing admin support across the Coventry hub, therefore you need to be competent in delivering advice and support to staff.
You will be expected to use your own initiative and able to work unsupervised, undertaking specific project work as necessary and plan and manage a range of complex duties, organise own work and that of others to meet deadlines and respond professionally to enquires both internally and externally to the organisation.
