Whether you're a Registered Nurse with an Anaesthetic qualification, a registered Nurse with substantial Recovery experience or a qualified Operating Department Practitioner (ODP), this role is your opportunity to lead from the front. As a Team Leader, you'll play a central role in coordinating elective and emergency services. You'll collaborate closely with anaesthetists, clinicians, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless, high-quality care for every patient every time.

Assist and support the Clinical Manager in the safe and effective management of the service including management of staff, facilities and associated systems and processes.
Communicate all relevant information to the multidisciplinary team internally and with external organisations as required, to ensure seamless care.
Acts as a role model presenting a positive image of self, the team and the organisation.
Be responsible for the delivery and co-ordination of care, making optimal use of operating sessions. Identify potential bottlenecks and facilitate smooth patient flow through the department.
Set, monitor and maintain standards of care to improve the patient experience and outcome of care.
Proactively manage risk and maintain patient safety, conforming to health, safety and security legislation, policies, procedures and guidelines.
